Six stages from anchor identity synthesis through conditioned inference, captured live from the working environments (Grok, Higgsfield, ComfyUI, AI-Toolkit). Followed by a checkpoint comparison gallery showing how the LoRA renders the same prompt across five training checkpoints (Steps 2000 / 2250 / 2500 / 2750 / final).

Generate the initial face that seeds the identity — text prompt only, in Grok. 'Lee Seol' is a synthetic character; no photo of a real person was used.

Refine stage 01 into a bare-face, passport-style portrait so the identity seed is locked unambiguously.
